Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions in the case for powers off.  Also make sure when you plug the network cable back in that you check the cable for any cracks or damage.  If there is damage try a different network cable.  If these suggestions do not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Fiery Connection lost with Xerox WC7900



I am using Xerox WC7900 with Fiery device. In my PC have CWIS5.2

Intermittently fiery device shows connection lost and CWIS shows check the printer power and network cables.


I see the Fiery logs Engine model: 6 sysDescription[] engine model []  and EVENT : CONNECTION LOST.


if i restart the Fiery device it works fine. But after sometimes it shows Connection lost.

i don't what to do? why it happens???
