if using any finisher the recommendation is 280g, if not then it is 300g.

You could probably manage to run through greater than that though this will shorten the life of most consumables, parts and rollers in the machine.

What is the maximum gsm you are allowed to run on the 700 digital color press?  I was under the impression it was no greater than 300 gsm.  I have been running 327 gsm paper which i have to manually duplex.  I have found out it backs up horribly but I don't think there is anything I can do since the machine isn't made to run that heavy of stock.  Any suggestions?
