Welcome to the forum.  You can look up fault codes on the support site for the Color C60.  The third or fourth case listed is how to look up fault codes.  I hope this helps. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

How do I find out what 065-223 fault code is on C60 Color? For that matter any fault codes?

Hello Everyone,

 

I am new to the forum and have my first question. Where do I find information on fault code 065-223 on my C60 a year and a half new? I have read some of the other posts about fault codes but, have found no answers about this one in particular. I also see a lot of comments about not being able to find answers to many fault codes. Xerox I think it is time that you have a comprehensive listing of fault codes. I searched my particular product to no avail. Am I looking for a for a speck of dirt in the ocean? Thanks.
