Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solutions for toner not fusing and see if any of the solutions will help in your situation.  If the problem continues lease consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Image was not fusing correctly in xerox color 550

When I am printing in plain or heavy weight paper some times images are not fusing correctly. Particular color means black, or brown and solid Red. when I using Gloss mode the prints are coming correctly, but color is different. I want to use the machine in standard mode, there colors are correct. I replaced Fuser, 2nd BTR.  my english is some what poor,
