I purchased a WC6515 DNI through Dell. The box was delivered unsealed and the WiFi module was missing. I called Dell, they said go to Xerox. I called what I thought was customer service. After being transferred 5 times, I was cut off. Is there anyone at Xerox who will step up and help me with this!Fresh out of the Box
Usually in these situations we direct the customer back to the point of purchase for a missing in box item. If you purchased from Dell, I would recommend asking to speak with a manager at Dell regarding this issue. If you call Xerox again, I would recommend asking to speak to a manager and get their advice on the situation.
