Welcome to the community!  Thank you for your suggestion regarding individual boards for product families.  In the planning phase of the board it was decided to go with the board categories, we thought there could be more value in topics that could impact multiple lines of products.   We have been keeping a close eye on how the boards are doing we will will put this on the list of suggestions to discuss.   One suggestion earlier in post were putting the product in the subject field then being able to search off that product.

hi, I'm new here ... just wanted to make the suggestion of creating a forum oriented to Production gear.

users of Xerox production equipment such as DocuColors, Nuvera, iGen, etc have different kinds of questions and needs. No need to create product specific forums, just one big forum for PRODUCTION.
