There are hundreds/thousands of people with that issue(It has nothing to do with the printer itself), depending on the reason, there are many solutions/fixes.

Versalink C405DN MFP not working with Chrome OS

We use Chrome OS and my new Versalink C405DN is refusing to work print by Google Cloud Print.

I have enabled and the printer is registered on  Google Cloud Print but it is not working.

When I look at Google cloud under printers tab it shows permanently "Currently Off Line" whatever I do I cannot get it to show the printer is online.

 

Does this printer work with Chrome OS it is not showing in the list of operating systems.

 

Anybody else has this problem?
