I have checked our product knowledge base and did not find a solution for this specific issue.

I would recommend since it is the touchpad to call our Support center so they can identify where the issue might be- 1-800-821-2797.

WORKCENTER 7535 NOT WORKING ,WHITE SCREEN AND YELOOW LIGHT FLASHING

Hi,

 

I have a problem in my xerox machine 7535 workcenter which shows only white screen in touchpad and a yelow light is blinking in a button ..

 please help me to get this machine in workmode
