Work Center Pro2128

Hi Everyone-

We have had really good service with our current copier. The color has some issues, at times, but it prints well. My question:

-is there somewhere I can find the length of time we can expect the copier to run well? I know there are so many, many factors that affect this; I'm looking for guidelines or projections for how long it is projected to run well.

We are trying to make some decisions about replacing equipment.

Thanks in advance to everyone who can head me in the right direction-my searches have come up empty, unfortunately.
