Xerox CentreWare Web_smtp unable to send mail

Hello,

I have a problem dealing with the new version 6.3.13 of Xerox CentreWare Web (sending smtp mails).

I get the warning "Email cannot be sent. Check the settings of the SNMP server and the email address.".

In the Version 5.16.2 it is no problem to get it working with the same settings as in the new version. Is there any difference in the setup in the new one something like "special" smtp settings or something like that.

 

I hope you can help me.
