load paper message when paper tray is full

Have a look at the sensors in the tray you're using. (That they are moving correctly, and so on)

I have a phaser 8560 printer and get a "load paper" message despite the tray being full. In the past I cleared it by shutting down the printer and re-starting, but that no longer works. Any suggestions?
