05-538 Document Handler fault. User intervention is required to Power Off/Power On the machine; service is required if problem persists. Copy jobs can still be made from document glass; other machine services are available."
When I go to the machine, there is no error on the front panel. Scanning via the document handler does work. this has been happening for almost a month. Does anyone know what is causing the error?
Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that the cable to the document handler is secure. You will find the things to check in this solution from the support page for your machine. If this does not help you may need to have a service person look at the machine.
