Hi all hope someone can help.
Having had multiple issues with this printer, I am now faced with error 060-310 which i am led to believe is some sort of warm up failure? Im not sure what this means and hope someone can shed some light on it before I completely lose it and throw this thing out of a 3rd floor window.
The printer is around 20 months old. The scanner stopped working around 12 months in and the unit permanently displays errors 062-380 and 062-386 ( I know this is scanner related). Despite this I have been using the unit as a printer only until I got the above error. Now it wont allow me to print at all.
