Hello help 152i scan, 

 

I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Scanner Support @ 1-800-648--410 Monday - Friday  6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (GMT -08:00).   Or try the online knowledge base for scanners.

152i jams when trying to scan

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

When scanning an insurance card or a drivers license the scanner jams and makes a load clicking noise. is there a fix
