I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Scanner Support @ 1-800-648--410 Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (GMT -08:00). Or try the online knowledge base for scanners.
