2-sided scan to email end up as single page

You can give the below a try, if it's not what you're looking for I suggest calling into the support department for assistance at 1-800-821-2797. 

For a single PDF page output as a default:

1. Access the printers web page the Embedded Web Server. For Refer Access the Embedded Web Server.
2. Select the Scan tab, choose Workflows and select the template to modify.
3. Select Edit Filing Options and choose 1 File Per Page.
4. Select Save.

To create a single page PDF as a one off situation and not change the defaults:

1. On the home screen of the printer select Workflow Scanning.
2. Select the workflow for the one off scan.
3. To the right of the file name select the File Format button (.pdf).
4. Select More, and then change the file format to 1 file per page.
5. Complete the workflow scan and the settings will revert to their previous defaults.

Hi there.

Got an Altalink C8055 that combines two sided scans into one page, not two as it should be.

So, lets say you scan 5 sheets of paper you would expect a PDF that shows 10 pages.
Instead you get 5 pages but each page shows the combined front and backside of a sheet.

I compared settings to other machines that do not show that issue but found no inconsistencies.

The machine is on an older software level 101.002.028.32100 but I'd refrain of upgrading as it's a machine in a remote location with not IT support.
