I contacted the regional support center. And with the help of a technical specialist on the web interface, I went to the section Works -> Personal & Secure Jobs -> Memory: 100% available
Then I was advised to call a specialist.

I searched our online knowledge base and found an article for fault code 20 -500 memory full message.
If you are still having issues after trying these steps I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-279.
When starting Windows 7 x64 running Scan in Xerox Easy Document Creator after scanning the first page, the user received with the following message:
“The job was canceled on the device. See the device user interface for details."
On the device monitor message:
"The memory has become full. Delete unnecessary documents."
On the web interface alerts message:
"20-500 The memory has become full. Delete unnecessary documents."
Xerox B1025 and the PC connected to the network
I've tried:
Restarting the device
Restarting the PC
Reinstalling the printer through Xerox Scanner Management Utility
I haven't tried:
Factory resetting
Help me with the problem
