I found an article with steps for no banner pages in the print driver, that may address your third issue. I'm not sure what the exact issue you're having for the print warning message or scan to SMB as I'm not able to open the facebook links you provided. I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797or 1-800-835-6100.
