I found an article with steps for no banner pages in the print driver, that may address your third issue. I'm not sure what the exact issue you're having for the print warning message or scan to SMB as I'm not able to open the facebook links you provided. I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

we bought a Xerox WorkCentre 3335 and we have a lot of problems (we updated the lastest firmware)!
We would like to integrate this Printer to our network (Mikrotik network, Windows Server 2016 domain environment).
FIRST PROBLEM: 1. Print warning message
SECOND PROBLEM: 2. SCAN to SMB Problem
THIRD PROBLEM:
We always get Scan report! We would like turn off this function, but we don't found it:

These are not enough. We would like stop every printed reports.
