I have been using Workcentre 3045NI for 10 years. I recently installed some Gridinsoft malware as well as Advaced system repair. Now I have a problem with sending scanned documents to PC even though it already worked really well. Is there a problem with the mentioned protections? Everything else is as it was and now it does not work sending to PC with the message SMB Error 031-529 Scan, Login Failed. Please help.
