Re: 3210- copying chops off bottom, right side of docs.

Hi Mp;IsBob.

Thank you for using the forum.  I see that you are new to the forum and to Xerox.  That is great.  I thought I would try and help though I am not very technical and usually rely on our community members to assist with answering posts.

I am not sure that you are aware of the knowledge base that we have for your product at http://www.support.xerox.com/support/workcentre-3210-3220/support/enus.html?operatingSystem=win7&fil...

The User guide may help.  It can be located at http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/WC3210_WC3220/userdocs/any-os/en/Guide_EN.pdf

Pg 27 discusses how to restore the network configuration to the default settings and pg 29 discusses the basic settings.

I hope this helps.

Other members of the community may also have some suggestions.

3210- copying chops off bottom, right side of docs.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

3210- copying chops off bottom, right side of docs.

This may be the result of an incorrect setting (or settings) I have made.

I am a newbie to both Xerox and the 3210.

(1) How can I fix this problem?

(2) For future use, is there any way to reset the machine to its original default settings?

(3) Should this printer have been accompanied by a user manual?
