Support department does not want to deal with us hapless suckers who have legacy Xerox printers. They do not care if we replace them with reliable HP or Canon printers.
Once you have WIndows 11, the scan feature will not work using 3215 WorkCentre. Period.
Did you go to our drivers and downloads page and install the driver for windows 11? If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-835-6100.
My WorkCentre 3215 has worked well under Windows 10, but no longer even recognizes the scan feature under Windows 11. Is there a patch or upgrade?
