3325 Scanning/Printing Question

Hello,

 

We purchased a 3325 to do some 2-sided scanning and copying and I'm difficulties figuring out how to select the duplex scanning I purchased this model for. I tried the 2-sided button, and the only modes I get are1 ->1, 1 ->2, 1 -> 2 reversed and none of these options print both sides. I cannot get the 2 -> 1, 2 ->2, or 2 ->1 rotate options to display when I hit the 2-sided button. Any thoughts, it says in the CD documentation that not all 2 sided options are available on the 3325DN, but I  puchased this as a 3325DNI from CDW, which has duplex scanning as a bullet point. Hoping someone can assist.

 

 

EDIT: FIXED!!! I was using a smaller that 8x11" sheet I used to calibrate a desktop scanner to test the duplex and it would not detect that it was a 2sided document for whatever reason, probably because of the way it feeds the document to scan both sides. It works perfectly no. Sorry for confusion.
