Hello, I'm having trouble setting up a WorkCentre 3550 with SMB scanning. Before I joined the company, SMB scanning was set up and working, but scanning to a different server. We recently retired that server and we have moved to another one. I went to the SMB settings for the 3550 and I simply changed the address from the old server IP to the new one.
Unfortunately, this didn't work, and I haven't been able to get anything to work. I've tried a factory reset on the printer, re-creating the scanning servers, etc.
Any idea what the issue would be? The only thing I can think of is that there is a setting on the NIC of the new server or something that is messing up the transfer. That's the only thing that changed. Thanks for your help.
