3635 mfp header

Instead of after Dial Tone Volume

The Phaser 3635MFP User Guide (pages 174 & 175) show the steps for fax setup that include the transmission header text.  I believe that the transmission header text is what you are trying to change on your machine.  Click the link above and if the User Guide does not open to page 174, then please find pg 174 and near the top you should see the heading, "Fax Transmission Defaults."  This section of the User Guide explains the different settings for fax transmissions.  In order to modify the company name on your outgoing faxes you will need to enter/login to Tools and then select User Interface -> Fax Service Settings -> Transmission Defaults.

I hope this helps get your fax information set correctly!

it should be there within the settings , search for send fax settings or something

our 3635 doesnt have fax so i cant check :(

cannot find company name or logo ... only  machine name

true , its not the machine name that is the header....

If you goto fax settings , look for company logo or name , that is the header that will be sent on outgoing faxes :)

How can i get the company name to show up on the header .. i have completed the set up

tools>user interface>fax service  settings>line configuration  set up fax number and machine name but it still doesnt show in the header of sent faxes
