3635 network scanning and faxing issues

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello, we have a 3635 that is used to scan and fax files to a fileshare, having some issues with it where it will scan to the fileshare with no problems for say 5 scans then on the 6th scan it will output a "timed out" error.  Anyone run into this issue before?  Thanks.
