3635MFP scan from ADF unreadable

Pages laid directly on the glass print great but the same page when fed thru the ADF shows only fuzzy lines where the print is.  We have:

Cleaned the glass and replaced the ADF unit

Replaced Main PWB (twice)

Replaced CCD and ribbon cableIMAG0138.jpg

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have cleaned the Constant Velocity Transport (CVT) glass.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Yes we cleaned the CVT glass we even cleaned the backside when we replaced the CCD and ribbon cable.  Is it possible to recalibrate the ADF scanner?  How about timeing (how fast the paper moves thur the ADF)

Hi Tom,

I am not familiar with any settings for calibration or ADF speed.  I would suggest you contact your service technician to come out and look at the machine.
