4118 with Windows 7

normally when you insert the usb cable, windows will look for a driver, you can point windows then to the extracted folder...

maybe the twain for windows vista wil also work?

Greetings,

We have just upgraded our computers to W7 and now have problems with scanning and printing with the 4118.

Contact with the local printer supplier (Israel) we were told that the printer driver for MS Vista might work. It did and we can now print.

We now have problem with the scanner. We are now running Abobe Standard 10. Computer cannot find Scanner. Believe it is because there is no Twain driver. Cannot find one for 4118 - W7.

Can someone assist?
