Thank you Cheryl. Using the function is not the problem. The problem is finding where the feature is enabled. I am sure it is in Centerware and should be in the Scan tab area where templates are created but the option is not found.

4265 Store & Reprint

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

On the configuration report for the 4265 under the heading Installed Options there is a feature called, Store & Reprint. This feature indicates: Installed/Disabled. My question is where is this feaure enabled. A thorough search of the Sys Admin Guide and this support community has not rendered any information to point me in the right direction. On other MFD this type of feature is referred to as Scan To (Mailbox) and Print from (Mailbox). I looked through Centerware in the obvious places but found nothing. Has anyone created a Mailbox template on the 4265 so that copy jobs can be scanned and saved on the printer hard drive for reprint at a later time? Thanks in advance.
