1. Reboot the machine 3 times in a row with NIC and phone line disconnected.
2. CWIS > Properties > Security > Image Overwrite Security > On Demand image Overwrite > Start > OK
NOTE: Depending on how many files are being deleted, the printer can be offline for up to 120 minutes (2 hours) during the deletion process.
In the job status mode an incoming fax indicates the status as: Processing. The fax is from several weeks ago yet still indicates, "Processing". Tried to delete the file using the delete option but still won't delete. Anyone know of a solution to get rid of this fax? Thank you in advance.
