5050 workcentre sending email problem

Try looking at the settings, it sounds like the POP3 emails are working buy the internal/outlook settings are wrong, check your incoming and outgoing IP and also the port number!

Agreed. If you can send emails to Gmail and Yahoo, but not internally, its a setting on your Exchange 2007 Server.

You need to create an Internal Relay. If you're not the IT person, let the IT Person know, its a 18 second change.

you need to change your mailserver and add the ip of your machine to the relay

hi I have a workcentre 5050 and my problem is that i cant send it through emails of an internal email addresses after i scan the files. though it can send to gmail and yahoo just fine. any ideas?
