5335 MFP dashed lines when copying and printing.

Hi!

I would suggest having a look at the drum, checking if there's any damage to it.

Also check to see if there's any damages on the fuser.

We are getting some dashed horizontal lines on the top half of our pages when making copies and printing stuff.  What could be causing it.  When copying, it happens with both the ADF and the flatbed.
