Sometimes when using workflow scanning the machine will just stop mid-way through with no error messages, it just returns to the copy screen. The files never makes it to the scan folder either.
Any ideas? I don't understand why there would be no error message. If you yank out the paper or it jams it will give you an error, but this stoppage just 'happens' and no excuse is given.
Is this the same error as reported above or a different one? If its different open a new topic and we will help you out there instead of barging in someone elsese.
