5765 Mailbox Scanning Issue

Hi,

Unfortunately it's not possible to download all at once.

There is the Network Scanner Utility2/Mailbox Viewer2 but is not compatible with this machine.

I have 5765, 13 machines and Thousands of file stored in Individual mailboxes in each printer. I would like to know is their any utility or software which I can use to download doc faster. I have to replace all machines with 5865
