5765 Scanning - do not have sufficient memory

Print a configuration page and check the avaliable memory. Had tis with a bad DIMM in the machine.

5765 Scanning to SMB can't scan even scan one page without getting following error on UI

do not have sufficient memory for scanning

Client has updated firmware to lastest & greatest with no avail.  Sounds like a hardware issue to me - curious to hear ideas/suggestions.
