I've reset it a few times, short of a software refresh I'm pretty stumped. It won't print faxes or fax confirmations, unless a tray is set to contain "Preprinted" paper, as apposed to "Plain" paper.. Obviously it prints fine on normal paper if I lie to it when confirming the media, but the end-user doesn't like that.. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, and this may just be a setting I've overlooked, so feel free to make me look dumb.
