Re: 6015 Network Scan give SMB Error 031-529 Login Failed

We did a server restart last night (we can only do that at night so it does not interfere with anyone elses work) and the printer seems to be scanning without a problem now. I'm starting to think we need to do some maintenence on our server.

6015 Network Scan give SMB Error 031-529 Login Failed

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hello.

My company recently purchase a Xerox Work Center 6015NI. I had it set up to scan to a certain folder on our server, and it has worked up until today. I am positive that all information is entered correctly. As I previously stated, it was worked for about a month. Our network is not DHCP so the IP of the server has not changed. I have also verified that the user name and password are correct by logging into that account on the server (we made a seperate windows user for the printer). I have searched through the forums, but unfortunately nothing has been of helped. All troubleshooting steps I've seen in previous posts, I've tried already. I have attached a screenshot of the address book entry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

EDIT: The operating system is Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

Thank you,
