6015 Not Scanning - PC cannot find scanner

Heya!

Fault code 031-555 is SMB login error, which means the printer do not get access to write the file to ur computer.

You need to share the folder with permissions, in share take advanced settings and check allow to write.

Also go into share and check thats its allowed for all users aka "Everyone"

6015 Not Scanning - PC cannot find scanner however it shown in 'Scanners and Camera' Section.

Using windows 7 64bt

Usings 'Scan to' Finds the printer but then comes up with message 'No scanner detected, Either the power of the scanner is off or the cable is not properly connected or the Ip address settings are not correctly entered.

Also tried scanning straight from scanner over the network but get error message 031 - 555

This has been tried over USB and wireless.

Printing works fine.

Any help much appreciated.
