I have a Xerox 6128 MFP and it presented the following message on the screen today and I am not able to remove it and make my printer work again. Any ideas in resolving this error code would be appreciated. I have turned off the printer and waited more than 10 seconds to turn it back on but the same error appears. I also tried to use the control panel to access the fax set up to set the country code but I'm not able to do anything with the control panel. Any advice would be helpful as I'm not able to find any solution. Thank you.

My 6128 MFP has started printing everything lighter, especially black. I have cleaned everything and installed new toner cartidges. Changed the settings to the darkest available. Nothing helps . Any suggestions?
