Have you searched for the fault code in the 6180 Knowledge base? Click on the link below and enter the fault code in the Seach field. A case and solution should be returned.

I am adding an other scan address to our 6180mfp which is already scanning fine to another computer on the network. I get the 016-783 error when trying to can to the new comuter. Checked that all setting are correct - in fact they are the same as the first in every way except on a different ip and user. I'm stumped
