Hi TrayJaxson,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. If are getting Fault code 062-790: Copier Error please power off the machine, check the connection to the power outlet. If the connection is good try plugging the machine into a different dedicated outlet with no power strip or surge protector.  If it still will not copy you will need to consider contacting your local support centre.

6505 Wont make copies. It will scan then it gives me an error message that it didn't copy
