Fax forwarding and printing simultaneously ?

Hi, is there a way to have the worcenter 6515 print the fax and forward it to email simultaneously. I have many issues with failed to deliver emails, and the fax is lost. Nope

is there a way to access the machine buffer and print a fax that was received and forwarding failed ? Nope, all jobs are deleted and the memory portion it used formatted immediately after it is done

also if it is not possible to print and forward the fax. is there a failsafe method to print the fax in case of email not delivered ? If you send the fax and it fails, it tells you it failed, and you try again. If the printer receives a fax and the forward doesn't work, it automatically prints out a hard copy as if the forward wasn't there. If it isn't doing that, I would call Xerox for support

ok i found it 

on the device after admin login

device > apps > fax > fax forwarding

on some versalinks its only on the webinterface on some only on device itself :)

Thanks for the answer.

Fax works and email works.

It's just that the option is not seen in the device setup menu...

is this a firmware issue?

Fax forwarding is an oddity on these Versalink products.

Assuming Fax is working already, and email is working already, then the forwarding is handled at the printer itself.

First, login as the admin and then go to Device > Apps > Fax > Fax Forwarding and turn it on and give it an email to forward the faxes to.

i am trying to set up fax to email on xerox 6515ND

i do not see an option to do this in the FAX setup app on the device webpage

Apps > Fax

software Current Version: 65.10.41

any help very welcome
