Hi everybody. Sorry for late reply.

I think problem can be because dirty heating shaft. Anyway I can see toner on it in that place, where artefacts have appeared.

How can i clean this shaft? Is there some special cleaning agent or something?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the image quality issue and solutions in Section 8.4 of the user manual for the printer.  If the information in the guide does not help please consider contacting your local support centre.

Hi everybody.

Some time ago I noticed that artefacts have appear on printing.

It appears not every time I print, but pretty often. What can i do for solve this?
