Thanks for the suggestion. We did load the general release firmware available on the drivers & downloads page. What we ultimately found was that the machine was set to send a PDF signature with each scan. Once that was turned off the machine no longer displayed the error message.
7120 using scan to email recently began displaying the error message "No valid certificate attached" as soon as the start button is pressed. Attempted to set up to servers that are not using SSL at all and still recieve the same error. Initially no certificate was installed on the machine and the emails would send just fine. Installed the self-signed certificate, but it didn't change the error message.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
