7435 asking for A4 for 12x18 print jobs

Which driver PCL6 version are you using?

Can you try with the last GPD (5.303.16.0)?

PCL 5 works fine and is printing 12 x 18 fine

Postscript works fine and is printing 12 x 18 fine

PCL 6 keeps asking for A4 paper when printing any 12 x 18 job.

I have called into 2nd level support and they are trying to help me.  Might have to switch to using the postscript until we find out more about why the PCL 6 is not working properly.

Having your IT staff delete the driver and reinstall is a good start. Once they download the drivers, make sure they right click the file, go under properties, and click the unblock button before extracting the files. After they reload the drivers come back and let us know if that resolved your issue or if we need to look into it a little further.

I have 2 WC7435 that are all of a sudden asking for A4 paper when anyone tries to print a 12 x 18 doc/spreadsheet/slide/etc.

I have changed the paper to a different tray/rebooted machine/used 3 or 4 ways in the print preferences to choose 12 x 18/checked tray status/no job in queue for A4 paper/no A4 paper loaded in machine.

I am going to ask my IT to completely wipe the port and driver...then reinstall.

Any other suggestions that I could try?  Thanks!
