7435 problem scanning book to single multi-page pdf for email

Sorry to hijack this thread, but we are having the same problem with the 3635 and the maximum is already set to 10MB under the SMTP settings. Is there a way to increase this. either by harware or software.

thanks for the response - the url just dumps me out onto the FAQ and I can't see anything there that helps; can you please tell me what needs to be changed/set to get the platen copying to send a single pdf at the end of copying instead of a pdf and email per page?

can't figure out how to do this. saw the sme question re a cube and the response said to enable job assembly. I can maybe do that under copy but not email.

If I copy the book to paper and put the copies in the feeder I get a single email with one multi-page pdf.

How do I use the email setting and use the document scanner to copy all pages before sending the email - otherwise I get one pdf per page scanned? file settings for pdf do not have the single page per pdf box checked....

pdf user guide doesn't seem to help much - online support link seems to be non-functional -
