Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure that you have gone through all the steps to set up fax forwarding with the new information from the new configuration.  If you are still unable to get the faxes to forward please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

7530 Fax Forwarding

Hello to everyone.

 

I have a 7530 machine, and I use it to print faxes and to forward them through email to some employees.

 

After I removed my old AD+DNS and change the dns settings of the machine ( I use now the google dns 8.8.8.8 and Domain Name : workgroup) the machine stop forwaring the faxes.

 

I can sent emails normally from the "test email" filed.

 

Can you help me?
