There is not.

Best that can be done is setup one machine for BW, and if you are lucky and all the machines have the same model and same scan accounts, just Clone the first onto the rest.

Since you are doing this now, you might as well set the Default Template to BW (This will make it the default for that template and every template created after that is applied. It does not affect current templates)

Properties>Services>Workflow Scanning>Default Template

Installing 40 WC 7556 units. Want to make sure that the scanning is always in B&W. I know I can go into each individual Scan Template and make this change, but some of these printers have 20 or more scan templates. Is there a way to make this setting with out having to touch each scan template?
