Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please make sure you have the LDAP setup configured properly, see this soluiton from the support page for your machine. If that does not help please try resetting the software on the machine.
The configuration is OK!! If I reboot the device it work propely!!

I can try to install the 061.121.222.06502 but is a SPAR..
I have many of these models in the field and I haven't had an issue with LDAP. Have you made sure to disable the Network Sleep settings on the Web UI?
no issues here either, but install 061.121.222.06502 ,; that release contaings LOTS of a fixed and improvements against 09701 , dont bother if its a spar, its a decent release!! xerox should make it public
