Sounds like you had templates created, then followed documentation stating to change the default template, which will only make the defaults for templates created after the change.

So check on the templates to be sure they actually have the setting you changed. If not, change it there.

I have a ColorQube 8700S and am trying to set up scanning to a filename with variables. According to the documentation, setting the Document Name to DOC%D%T%ji should include the date, time, and job id. All I'm getting, though, is DOCXXX where XXX is a sequential number starting with 0 for each user. Is there a setting I'm missing to get it to apply this naming convention?
