Hi Stefano,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I have looked through the documentation for the machine and I see where you can change the transmission speed but not the ECM.  If the technician says it cannot be done they are probably correct. Please consider contacting your support centre to see if there is another way to contact if to VOIP for further assistance.

I have to turn off the ECM in the Xerox 7835.
I have the phone lines in VOIP.
